The latest iteration of the IceWarp app presents a comprehensive solution for collaboration within a singular interface. This updated application amalgamates TeamChat, New Notes, and Conferences, alongside a customized appearance that is synchronized with the new desktop Dashboard.

TeamChat has been enhanced to support threaded conversations, which facilitate clearer communication during intricate discussions. Additionally, this feature allows for real-time document collaboration and file sharing, promoting effective teamwork even while mobile.

The Conferences feature has been upgraded to support video and audio meetings for up to 1,000 participants. Notably, eligible IceWarp plans now include recording capabilities. A new Lobby mode is also introduced in Conferences, offering a virtual waiting room that improves security and provides hosts with greater control over participant admission.

The newly developed note-taking app encompasses all necessary tools for capturing and sharing ideas, with the added benefit of offline functionality. While full utilization of IceWarp's features requires a user plan, licensed users can easily extend invitations to collaborators outside their organization, thereby fostering genuine cross-company teamwork.
